Local transport The Durness Bus normally operates daily services between Durness and Lairg, a Saturday service to Inverness and Thurso and a Dial-a-Bus service for local people and walkers. Most services have been withdrawn or available only for essential workers for the duration of the COVID-19 shutdown. See their web site for up-to-date information. The Durness Bus generously sponsors these web pages. Cape Wrath Ferry The ferry will take you across the Kyle of Durness to the mini-bus service to Cape Wrath.
